FAMILY INSTITUTIONS IN A FAMILY BUSINESS

We invite you to an inspiring lecture by Erika Matwij from Inštitút Rodinného Businessu, which will take place 🗓 November 20, 2024 🕚 at 11:00 AM 📍 Room D113, Faculty of Commerce, University of Economics in Bratislava.

Erika Matwij is an expert on strategy and management in family businesses in Slovakia, the owner of the companies Human Inside and the Inštitút Rodinného Businessu. For more than 14 years, he has been supporting family businesses in the area of ​​strategies, accompanying them in succession and generational change processes, leading family councils in family companies and drafting family constitutions. She organizes the International Congress of Family Businesses, founded and runs the Academy of Successors and the Academy of Nestors, and supports not only founders but also successors in the process of taking over a family business. She is a member of the International Academy for Family Business Research IFERA as the only representative from Slovakia.
