ℹ Martin Mičák is a partner at ARDEN LEGAL & TAX, where he provides tax and legal advice to family businesses and international corporations. He has represented clients before tax authorities, administrative bodies, and courts for more than 13 years.
ℹ Miroslava Kotuličová is a senior associate at ARDEN LEGAL & TAX, specializing mainly in litigation and tax matters. Her legal practice primarily focuses on civil, commercial, administrative, and insolvency law, and she also specializes in labor law, real estate law, and litigation.
