Michal Šubin is a recognized expert in the field of family business, intergenerational transfer, and family asset management. In 2014, he co-founded the family office section within RSM CZ&SK, becoming one of the pioneers in this area in Slovakia. His work includes comprehensive support for family businesses in transferring companies and assets to the next generation as well as strategic business transformation planning. In 2021, he established his own family office, Subin & Partners Family Office, specializing in managing family wealth in its entirety – from organizational and legal aspects to financial and investment advice. Currently, Michal Šubin manages assets for over 30 prominent Czech and Slovak families. His expertise encompasses not only the transformation and intergenerational transfer of family businesses but also the strategic management of financial assets and long-term planning.
