The Family Business Center has prepared several workshops with people from practice for you. Join the second of them and learn about The Successful Transfer of Family Businesses with Michal Šubín.

ℹ Michal Šubín graduated from the Slovak Technical University and has been dealing with asset management for almost 25 years. In 2005, he was involved in the birth of private banking within the private bank Privatbanka, a.s. In 2014, he co-founded a specialized family office within RSM CZ&SK and deals with the issue of family business, intergenerational transfer and business transformation. He cooperates with more than three dozen Czech and Slovak business families. He advises on the organization of family relationships, coordinates the transformation of business and family property as well as the management of financial assets.
In 2021, he founded the company Subin & Partners, a specialized family office focused on assisting families in the organization and management of their family property. He is the administrator of several trust funds and family foundations. He is a co-founder of the family companies section operating at the Association of Slovak Entrepreneurs.
