Mario Fondati is Co-Founder and Partner at FONDATI & PARTNERS, which focuses on improving management in family as well as international businesses. He has been in this business for over twenty years, fifteen in consulting. He has worked in international companies and led projects focused on Executive Search and improvement clients´ efficiency in managerial development and process management. For the last almost ten years, he has been focusing on family-owned businesses, helping owners to successfully plan and carry out a generation transfer and bring forth the development of key members of the family and management. He is member of various business communities whose main goal is mutual cooperation and respect, continuous development and improvement of business environment in Slovakia. He has extensive publishing activities in the Slovak economic media, especially in the topic of family business, he is a regular speaker in various discussions, but also organizer of seminars and conferences in this area. He collaborated with SBA on several research studies and projects focusing on support and further development of family businesses in Slovakia. As a member of a working group under the Ministry of Economy, he participated in the preparation of a Scheme for support of family business in Slovakia. He regularly lectures at the University of Economics in topics related to family business and marketing of services. He is active in English and German.
